Pricing
đ§ General Pricing Questions
1. What pricing plans do you offer for your marketing intelligence services? We offer tailored pricing based on the type of service:
Market research projects are scoped individually based on depth and region.
Marketing services (like campaign planning, messaging, or content strategies) are offered as retainers or project-based.
AI services (like audience simulators, validation, or custom GPTs) are priced by complexity and level of customization. We donât believe in one-size-fits-all pricing, so everything is built around your business goals.
2. Is your pricing based on a monthly retainer or per project? Both.
Research and AI projects are usually one-off or milestone-based.
Marketing services are typically ongoing and retainer-based. Weâre flexibleâif you prefer to start small, weâll structure it that way.
3. Do you offer a free trial or initial consultation before committing to a plan? Yes. We offer a free consultation to understand your needs and suggest the best-fit approach. For AI tools like audience simulators, we also demo our work or show real-life use cases.
4. Are your services customizable based on budget or scope? Absolutely. Whether you need a lightweight market scan, an AI prototype, or a full go-to-market strategy, weâll shape the project to fit your budget and desired impact.
đ Usage-Based or Tiered Pricing
5. Does the price change based on the number of reports, campaigns, dashboards, or AI models? Yes. Pricing scales with deliverablesâe.g. number of reports, campaign iterations, AI personas, or simulator configurations. Weâre always transparent about whatâs included.
6. Is there a tiered pricing model depending on the level of data depth or support? Weâre currently building structured tiers, especially for our AI and marketing services. For now, everything is customâbut we differentiate between standard delivery and in-depth services that involve more validation, automation, or campaign support.
7. How does pricing vary for startups vs. enterprise clients? Startups often need speed and strategic clarity, so we offer lower-cost, high-impact packages. Enterprises usually involve deeper research, more approvals, or AI integration, which reflects in the pricing.
đź Client-Specific/Custom Requests
8. Can I get a custom quote tailored to my business goals? Yes. Every quote starts with a short briefing to understand what you're trying to achieveâwhether it's testing a new market, launching a campaign, or simulating B2B buyers. Youâll get a proposal that fits your timeline, goals, and budget.
9. Do you offer pricing bundles across market research, marketing, and AI? Yesâand this is where weâre most valuable. Clients who bundle services often get the best outcomes and better pricing (e.g., combining audience research with AI personas and campaign strategy).
10. How do you price large-scale or multi-service collaborations? We break them into phases, so youâre only paying for the part weâre actively working on. For example, Phase 1 might be research, Phase 2 marketing activation, and Phase 3 AI personalization. Retainers or hybrid pricing models are available.
đ° Value and ROI
11. Whatâs included in your pricing, and what might cost extra? We donât work with fixed packagesâeverything is custom. Our pricing always reflects the scope we agree on together, whether itâs a research sprint, a campaign strategy, or a custom-built AI model. If additional elements are needed (like statistical validation, automation, or ongoing iterations), theyâll be clearly outlined from the start. No surprises, ever.
12. What kind of ROI can we expect from your services? It depends on the project, industry, and budgetâbut on average, our clients see a +4.8x return. Some campaigns and research projects have reached +12.3x, while others delivered around 3.9x. We track performance closely and always aim for high-impact outcomes that justify your investment.
13. Are there any hidden costs? None. All costsâincluding tools, integrations, or extra supportâare shared upfront. Transparency is a core part of how we work.
𧊠Strategic Fit & Flexibility
Can you work within our existing budget or do you require a minimum spend? No minimum budget is required. We work with a wide range of clientsâfrom early-stage startups to enterprise-level organizations. Startup projects usually fall between âŹ800 and âŹ3,500/month, while some enterprise collaborations involve budgets of âŹ150,000/month or more. We scale to fit your needs.
How do you handle scope changesâdoes that affect pricing immediately? Not at all. Marketing is dynamicâwe expect adjustments. Unless the change is drastic and shifts the core of the original strategy, we adapt without altering the price. Our goal is to stay flexible and aligned with what matters most to your business.
What if we only need help with one part of our marketing (e.g., positioning, messaging, or audience research)? Thatâs totally fine. We support clients at any stage of their journey, whether you need a full go-to-market strategy or just sharper positioning. Everything is modular and built around your needs.
Do you charge differently for strategy vs. execution (e.g., planning a campaign vs. running it)? Yes, pricing varies. But when we handle both strategy and execution, the cost is often lower. Why? Because execution helps us deliver on the strategy properlyâso we prefer being involved from end to end when possible.
Can we test your services with a smaller pilot project first? Absolutely. Especially with larger clients, we often start with a smaller project to build trust, calibrate collaboration, and show results fast. Some of our longest partnerships started this way.
đ Billing & Deliverables
How is billing structuredâflat fee, milestone-based, hourly, or outcome-based? It depends on the type of work. Most projects are billed as a flat fee, while consultancy is usually hourly. We donât use milestone- or performance-based pricing.
Whatâs typically included in a monthly retainer vs. a one-off project? In a monthly retainer, youâll get continuous support, optimization, strategy alignment, and priority scheduling. One-off projects are more defined in scopeâlike a research sprint, campaign plan, or audience analysisâwith a clear delivery and endpoint.
Do you include reporting, insights, or performance check-ins in the price? Yesâalways. Ongoing insights, performance reviews, and reporting are part of every engagement.
How do you handle revisions or changesâare they included or billed separately? Revisions are never billed separately. All our work goes through your review, and adjustments are included as part of the agreed service scope.
How much involvement do you need from our teamâwill that affect the price? It depends on the project, but regular communication is part of the process. We work in an agile way, so recurring check-insâlike monthly or per sprintâare expected. Reviews, async feedback, and occasional calls or video meetings are normal, and none of this affects pricing.
âď¸ Tools, Talent & Tech
Do we need to pay for any extra tools or platforms (e.g., analytics, ad spend, survey tools)? It depends. If a third-party tool or dataset is required that isnât already covered in the scope, weâll discuss it upfront.
Do you subcontract any work, or is everything handled in-house? We have a core in-house team and also collaborate with strategic partners depending on the project. Youâll always know whoâs involved and what they bring to the table.
Are AI-driven insights, automation, or audience simulators priced separately from strategy work? Yes. AI-based insights, synthetic research, automation, and our audience simulators are separate service lines. These can be bundled together, but weâll define that clearly in the estimation phase.
đ Growth & Scale
What happens to pricing if our needs growâcan we scale easily with you? Yes, scaling is easy and stress-free. Whether you're increasing scope, targeting new regions, or adding channelsâwe grow with you without unnecessary friction.
Do you offer performance-based pricing if we hit specific KPIs or ROI thresholds? Noâwe donât offer performance-based pricing. We prefer staying transparent and focused on delivery, not chasing KPIs to unlock payments.
đ° Pricing & Budget Fit
Do you offer transparent pricing models? Yes. We tailor our pricing based on the scope, complexity, and business goals. We offer flexible models including monthly retainers, hourly billing, or fixed-price projectsâalways discussed openly before we start.
Can you work with startups or companies with small budgets like âŹ1KââŹ2K/month? Yes. We often work with startups and founders at early stages. With a âŹ1KââŹ2K/month budget, we typically focus on lean strategy, quick wins, core brand messaging, or tactical execution like content or performance audits. We make every euro count, focusing on essentials that create traction without wasting resources.
What can we expect with a âŹ5KââŹ10K/month marketing budget? At this level, we can cover more comprehensive strategy, multichannel execution (SEO, content, paid media, or outbound), and deeper research. Itâs suitable for startups ready to scale or mid-sized companies entering a new market.
Do you offer packages or is everything custom? We mainly build custom strategies based on your needs, but we also offer pre-scoped packages for smaller budgets. These can include a market opportunity report, audience simulator setup, content starter kits, or ad campaign audits and planning.
Do you lock clients into long-term contracts? Not at all. We believe in proving value first. Most of our collaborations start with a small project, a test phase, or a monthly agreement that can grow over time. No long-term lock-ins unless it's mutually beneficial.
Do you charge separately for strategy and execution? It depends. For smaller budgets, we usually bundle strategy and execution into a focused monthly scope. For larger or more complex needs, we can offer standalone strategy workshops or fractional CMO engagements.
Weâre not sure how much we should spend. Can you help define a realistic budget? Yes, we regularly help founders and teams assess whatâs achievable within different budget ranges. We can propose phased approaches that match your current resources while keeping scalability in mind.
